With the Delete Interaction Log Entries batch job, you can delete canceled interaction log entries.
If you want to include more information, you can select additional fields to be included in the batch job. To do this, in the Field field, press F3, click the AssistButton and then select the relevant field(s). You can set filters on any of the fields. If you do not set any filters, the batch job will include all your records.
Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
To filter the information in the batch job, in the Filter field, fill in the relevant information as follows:
Entry No. field: Enter the entry numbers of the interaction log entries you want to delete.
Salesperson Code field: Enter a salesperson code if you only want to delete the interaction log entries linked to that salesperson.
Contact No. field: Enter a contact number if you only want to delete the interaction log entries involving that contact.
Date field: Enter a date or a date filter if you want to limit the batch job to a specific period.
Campaign No. field: Enter a campaign number if you only want to delete interaction log entries linked to that particular campaign.
Interaction Group Code field: Enter an interaction group code if you only want to include interaction log entries created using that particular interaction group.
Interaction template Code field: Enter an interaction template code if you only want to include interaction log entries created using that particular interaction template.
Click the up-arrow in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the table with the filters you have set for the batch job.
