Segment window and
then click Log.With this batch job, you can log your segments, log the
interactions assigned to your segments, and have the program
deliver attachments. To run the batch job, open the Segment window and
then click Log.
Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
Send Attachments field: Click to insert a check mark if you want the program to deliver the attachments (that is send them by e-mail or fax, or print them) when you click OK.
Create Follow Up Segment field: Click to insert a check mark if you want the program to create a new segment containing the same contacts when you click OK.
