The Outbound Purch. Document Hdr. Table

This field contains the status of the outbound BizTalk purchase document.

The BizTalk purchase document is either unsent or sent. Furthermore, the document might also be in the state of processing. Processing, however, is used internally by the program and is only visible to users in case of a transaction error.

• Unsent indicates that the program has placed the BizTalk purchase document in the Outbound Document table, but it has not been sent yet.

• Sent indicates that the program has electronically sent the BizTalk purchase document to your business partner from the Outbound Document table.

• Processing indicates the state in which the program validates the document after automatic or user-controlled acceptance is initiated. Once the program has completed the validation of the outbound purchase document, the document changes status to either unsent or sent.
