Pending indicates that you have received the document but that the document has not been accepted or rejected.
Accepted indicates that you have accepted the document and that the relevant items are either updated or created.
Rejected indicates that you have rejected the document.
Processing indicates the state in which the program validates the document after automatic or user-controlled acceptance is initiated. Once the program has completed the validation of the inbound sales document, the document changes status to either accepted or rejected.
