If you click Functions, Create Organization, the program creates your current BizTalk partner as an organization on BizTalk Server. Normally, you must do this one time for each BizTalk partner.
If the program has created the organization successfully, you will receive a message that the BizTalk organization has been created.
When you create your BizTalk partner as an organization on BizTalk Server, you must carry out additional setup steps on BizTalk Server. For further details, see the Microsoft BizTalk Server documentation.
