Open the 
BizTalk Management
Setup window.
Click Functions, BizTalk Technical Notification.
In the BizTalk Technical Notification window, fill in the relevant fields.
When you are done, close the BizTalk Technical Notification window.
When setting up your own organization in Navision from the BizTalk Management Setup window, the program requires you to provide detailed information about who to contact in case of an error situation on BizTalk Server, which cannot be related to the Navision database.
To set up a profile for BizTalk technical notifications:
Open the BizTalk Management
Setup window.
Click Functions, BizTalk Technical Notification.
In the BizTalk Technical Notification window, fill in the relevant fields.
When you are done, close the BizTalk Technical Notification window.
