Task 1 is to open the Microsoft Dynamics NAV SP1 or Microsoft Dynamics NAV R2 version of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 Classic client with the old database. Make a copy of the database, or create a backup, and then open or restore it with the Classic client.
