More Accessible Mode
Assistive technologies, such as screen readers, can have difficulty rendering custom controls that are not standard HTML controls, such as a drop-down menu. The More Accessibility mode displays controls as standard HTML controls. This helps ensure the assistive technology tools can display the controls in a format that lets users interact with the controls.
To activate the More Accessibility Mode on a SharePoint site, press the Tab key until the Turn on more accessible mode link appears, and then press Enter.

Navigation
The tabs and actions in the ribbon, and other controls on Microsoft Dynamics NAV pages and reports, follow a logical order. To move the focus from one tab, action, or control to another, press the TAB key to move forward. Press Shift+Tab to move backward.
Headings
The HTML source for Microsoft Dynamics NAV content uses tags to help users of assistive technology understand the structure and content of the page. For example, on list pages, the columns are defined in TH tags and the column headings are set with TITLE attribute inside the tag. Captions for elements, such as FastTabs, FactBoxes, and fields are included in heading tags (H1, H2, H3, and H4).
