Notification Manager Template Administration

The Template Administration form is used for working with templates. In this window, you can import templates from the file system and you can delete previously installed templates. To access the Template Administration form, from the Notification Manager main form, click Tools, Template Administration.

To import a template:

The template must be located where you can access it from your computer (in a local folder, on a network server, or similar.)

  1. Open the Template Administration tool by clicking Tools, Template Administration.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Select the file that contains the template in the standard Windows folder browse dialog, and then click Open.

The template is imported, and is displayed in the list of Existing/Installed templates.

Note that if the selected file is not a valid template file, it will not be imported, and an error message will be shown instead. If the name of template (inside the file - not the name of the file itself) clashes with an existing template, the developer of the template will have to change it. This is not something you can from the Notification Manager.

To delete a template:

  1. Open the Template Administration tool by clicking Tools, Template Administration.

  2. Select the template you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the template.

The template is removed from the list of Existing/Installed templates.
