The default roles that are provided with the Classic client and the supplemental roles that are provided for the RoleTailored client do not include permissions to run Zoom or About This Report and do not include permissions to view all information for About This Page. To add permissions to run Zoom and About This Report and to view all information for About This Page, you add the Zoom permission to a role and assign users to that role.

Adding the Zoom Permission

To add the Zoom permission to a role

  1. In the Classic client, on the Tools menu, click Security, and then click Roles.

  2. In the Roles window, either add a new role or select the role to which you want to add the Zoom permission.

  3. Click Role, and then click Permissions.

  4. In the Permissions window, on an empty line, in the Object Type field, select System.

  5. In the Object ID field, enter 5330.

    The Object Name field is filled in automatically with Tools, Zoom.

  6. In the Execute Permission field of the line for the Tools, Zoom permission, verify that the value is Yes.

  7. Close the Permissions window and the Roles window.
