To install the Server Option, you will need:

Installing the Server Option on encrypted drives is not supported. You may run into issues if Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server runs as a user that does not have access rights to the encrypted files. |
Software Requirements
The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server Option must be installed on one of the following operating systems. Microsoft Dynamics NAV runs in 32-bit and 64-bit operating system editions. On 64-bit (x64) editions, Microsoft Dynamics NAV runs in WOW64 emulation mode.
