You can use the form wizard to create forms. The following procedure describes the process.

To create a form with the form wizard

  1. Click Tools, and then click Object Designer to open the Object Designer window.

  2. In Object Designer, click Form to open Form Designer.

  3. Click the New button to open the New Form window.

  4. If you create a form that is related to a table, type the name of the table in the Table field. Alternatively, click the lookup button and select the table from a list.

  5. Select the Create a form using a wizard option.

  6. Select the type of form that you want the wizard to create: a card form or a tabular form. Click OK.
