[In, Out] This property provides the name of the AdministrationQueue in case this can be created or used. By default, it is set on entry to ".\\NSAdminReceiveQueue." The administration queue is used for debugging purposes.
You must never use the name ".\\NSAdminReceiveQueue" for other purposes. When your environment has been set up correctly, you must always set this property to an empty string.
