Pasting

You use Paste together with Cut or Copy to move or copy all or part of the contents of a field - or an entire record.

  1. Select the section you want to move or copy.

  2. Click Edit, Cut or Edit, Copy.

  3. Click the place where you want to insert the clipping or copy.

  4. Click Edit, Paste.

If something incorrect is pasted in, you may have forgotten to use Cut or Copy after you selected the text. You may also have cut or copied something else in the meantime.
