Microsoft Dynamics NAV comes with some default settings for margins on printouts. You can punch holes at the side of the paper and put the printouts in a binder.
Select the report whose margins you want to change.
Click File, Page Setup and the Page Setup window appears.
Choose the paper Size and Orientation that you want. If you change these, the illustration at the top of the window will change accordingly, so you can see the effect of your choices.
Type the new dimensions of the margins you want to change in the Left, Right, Top and Bottom boxes. The illustration at the top will show the new margins (as a dotted line).
The program automatically saves the settings you have selected for this report, so that you do not have to select them each time you want to print the report.
