You can use this function by clicking View, Show All or by clicking the Show All button on the toolbar.
This function gives you a fast way to reorganize a window if you find you have placed a number of filters and marks in it. When you choose Show All, the filters will be removed, and the View, Marked Only function will be turned off, so that all the records in the window are visible. The View, Show All function does not remove sorting, hidden columns, column modifications or FlowFields.
It can be advantageous to use this function on windows that are normally filtered so that when you open them they display entries only for the current record (customer, vendor, item and so on). By using View, Show All on such a window, you can change it so that you can see all the entries in the window.
