Here you can see a diagram of the function (F) keys such as Ctrl + F1 (not shortcut keys like Ctrl + P) that you can use in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. You can use an F key to get to many of the menu items (sometimes you need to use the Shift or Ctrl keys as well). The F keys can help you work faster if you prefer the keyboard to the mouse.
When you click Help, Overview of F Keys, a window indicating the available function keys appears. The function keys that are available depend on which part of the application you are using.
If you click Shift at the bottom of the window, the combinations that include the Shift key are displayed. If you click Ctrl, the combinations that include Ctrl appear.
