You use the Currency for Reminder Level table to set up additional fees in foreign currencies for reminders. For example, you can use this table to set up an additional fee of FRF 100. You can set up additional fees for reminders in foreign currency for all the currencies that you do business in.
You can define many additional fees in foreign currencies for each code in the Reminder Levels window. In the Reminder Levels window, click the Currencies button. The Currency for Reminder Level table appears. For each reminder level code and corresponding reminder level number, you define foreign currency information that consists of a currency code and an additional fee.
When you create reminders in foreign currency, the program will use the foreign currency conditions set up in this table to create reminders. If there are no foreign currency reminder conditions set up, the program will use the LCY reminder conditions set up in the Reminder Level table and convert them to the relevant currency.
