Changing Service Pricing for Service Items

You can manually change the breakdown of service pricing that the program has inserted for a service item in the Service Item Worksheet window.

To Change Service Pricing for Service Items:

1. Open the Service Order window.

2. Browse to the relevant service order.

3. Click the service item line that you want to change the service pricing for and then click Line, Service Item Worksheet.

4. In the Service Item Worksheet window, you can edit the fields and delete or insert records.

For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

You cannot assign a service price group to a service item line or create service pricing for it manually if you have posted as Invoice the service lines linked to the line.
