You can file service contracts and contract quotes at any time
to record a copy of the contract or contract quote in the program.
The program files service contracts automatically when you convert
contract quotes to service contracts or cancel service
contracts.
Browse to the relevant contract or contract quote and click
Functions, File Contract/File Contract Quote. A dialog box appears
in which you must click Yes
to confirm.
Click Contract, Filed Contracts or Quote, Filed
Contract Quotes, to view the filed contract or contract
quote.
