Service Tasks Report

With the Service Tasks report, you can print a list of the service tasks entered in the program. Information such as service order number, service item description, repair status and service item group is displayed or printed.

If you want to include more information, you can select additional fields to be included in the report. To do this, in the Field field, press F3, click the AssistButton and then select the relevant field(s). You can set filters on any of the fields. If you do not set any filters, the report will include all your records.

To print the report, click the Print button. To see the report on screen, click Preview. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.

To filter the information in the report, in the Filter field, fill in the relevant information as follows:

Service Item Line tab

Repair Status Code: In the Filter field, enter the repair status that you want to include in the report. To see the existing repair status, click the Filter field, and then click the AssistButton to the right.

Response Date: Enter the response date for the items that you want to show in the service item line.

Response Time: Enter the response time for the items that you want to show in the service item line.

Resource Filter: In the Filter field, enter the resources that you want to include in the report. To see the existing resources, click the Filter field, and then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Allocation Status Filter: In the Filter field, enter the allocation status that you want to include in the report. To see the existing allocation status, click the Filter field, and then click the AssistButton to the right.

Click the up-arrow in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of applying the filters defined for the table.
