Resource Register Report

This report is used to print one or more selected resource registers. By using a filter, you can select exactly the register entries that you want to see. If you have created many entries and you do not set a filter, the report will print a large amount of information. On the resource journal template, you can indicate that the report will print when you post.

The report can be used to document a register's contents for internal or external audits.

The report displays the contents of the following fields:

Posting Date, Entry Type, Document No., Resource No., Work Type Code, Unit Of Measure Code, Quantity, Unit Cost, Total Cost, Unit Price, Total Price, Chargeable and Entry No.

The Total Price and Total Cost fields will be totaled at the end of each register.

You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. Fill in the fields as follows:

Resource Register

No.: Here you can specify the numbers of the registers to be included in the report. To see the existing register numbers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Click the Print button to print out the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click the Preview button. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
