This report shows the result of a test of your user setup. The report displays the approval sequence for a specific user. The program informs you if the current user setup related to a particular user will cause errors when sending documents for approval.
Fill in the fields as follows:
User ID: Enter the ID for the user to be shown in the report. To see the existing users, click the AssistButton in the field.
Sales Approval Setup: Select to test the sales approval setup.
Purchase Approval Setup: Select to test the purchase approval setup.
Request Approval Setup: Select to test the sales purchase request approval setup.
All: Select to test all approval setups.
Click Print to print the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click Preview. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
