Get Sales Orders Batch Job

This batch job copies sales lines to a requisition worksheet. You can use it to create requisition worksheet proposal lines from sales lines for drop shipments or special orders.

You can then convert the requisition proposals into purchase orders using the Carry Out Action Msg. - Req. batch job.

You can define what is included in the batch job by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the Sales Order Line tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. Fill in the fields as follows:

Sales Order Line

Document No.: Enter the numbers of the sales orders to be included in the batch job.

Sell-to Customer No.: Enter the numbers of the sell-to customers to be included in the batch job. To see the existing customers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

No.: Enter the numbers of the lines to be included in the batch job.

Options

Retrieve dimensions from: Select the source of dimensions that will be copied in the batch job. Dimensions can be copied exactly as they were used on a sales line or can be copied from the items used on a sales line.

Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.

To see the sorting keys and determine the order in which the information will be displayed in the document, click Sort....

Click the OK button to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
