The Mobile Document Queue List window enables you to modify a request document that has not yet been processed. This is useful if an error occurs when you are trying to process it for the first time. It is possible to modify the request documents manually, for example by manually exporting request documents as XML files, and then modifying the XML files before importing the modified request documents back again. The following procedures describe how you export and import request documents in the mobile document queue in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

To export a request document XML file

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration. Click Application Setup, click Mobile, and then click Document Queue List.

  2. In the Mobile Document Queue List window, select the relevant request document, click Functions, and then click Export Request XML.

  3. In the window that appears, select the location where you want to save the XML file, and then click Save.

To import a request document XML file

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration. Click Application Setup, click Mobile, and then click Document Queue List.

  2. In the Mobile Document Queue List window, select the relevant request document, click Functions, and then click Import Request XML.

  3. In the window that appears, locate the XML file, select the file, and then click Open.
