This batch job synchronizes Microsoft Dynamics NAV to-dos with activities on mobile devices that run Mobile Sales. The Mobile Sync. To-do/Activity batch job populates table 8727 Mobile Sales Activity with rows from table 5080 To-do. Mobile Sales can then synchronize the table with the mobile devices. By default, Mobile Sync. To-do/Activity fetches all of the rows from To-do that are new or have been changed since the last time the batch job was run. However, you can apply filters before running the batch job.

The first time you run Mobile Sync. To-do/Activity, the Mobile Sales Activity table is empty, so all existing to-dos are sent to the Mobile Sales Activity table. On later runs, only new or changed to-dos are sent to the Mobile Sales Activity table. |
In order for Mobile Sales to use a to-do from Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the to-do must meet the following requirements:

The to-do must be of type Meeting.

The to-do must be assigned to a salesperson.

The to-do must be for a single contact of type Company.

The to-do cannot be an all-day event.

The to-do cannot be canceled.
The synchronization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to-dos with Mobile Sales activities occurs in one of the following ways:

In the Mobile Sales Setup window, you set Microsoft Dynamics NAV to send all new to-dos to the Mobile Sales Activity table.

You schedule existing to-dos to synchronize to the Mobile Sales Activity table by setting the job queue to run the Mobile Sync. To-do/Activity batch job. This sends all existing to-dos to the Mobile Sales Activity table.
