Machine Center Load Report

This report shows you a list for the load on a machine center. The load on a machine center is the sum of the required number of times that all the planned and actual orders are run on the machine center in a specified period.

You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the Work Center tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. You can also determine what is shown in the report by filling in the fields on the Options tab. Fill in the fields as follows:

Work Center

No.: Enter a work center number or a number range here if you want to print the load of the machine centers of a specific work center or a work center range.

Work Shift Filter: Enter a work shift here if you only want to print this evaluation for a specific work shift.

Options

Starting Date: Enter the starting date for the machine center load evaluation.

No. of Periods: Enter the number of time intervals that the evaluation is to be created for.

Period Length: Enter the length of a time interval, for example 1W = one week.

Load greater than (%): Here you can enter a filter to print only machine centers whose loads exceed this percentage, for example, if you want to print all machine centers with a load of over 95% in order to troubleshoot a particular problem.

To see the result of the filters you have defined for the table, click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window.

To see the sorting keys and to determine the order in which the information will be displayed in the report, click Sort.

To print the report, click Print. To see the report on the screen before printing, click Preview. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
