You use the Job Journal Line for posting the usage for jobs. With the job journal, you can:
Post all job usage on resources, items and general ledger accounts
Reconcile resources
The Jobs application area also contains recurring journals. These journals have special fields to keep control of entries posted periodically.
As with all journals, the entries can be approved before posting.
