Job Analysis Report

With this report you can analyze your job by specifying a number of settings on the tabs. For example, you can create a report that shows you the scheduled prices, usage prices, and contract prices, and compares the three sets of prices.

You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the tabs by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton to the right.

Fill in the fields as follows:

Job

No.: Specify the numbers of the jobs to be included in the report. To see the existing job numbers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton to the right.

Posting Date Filter: Enter a posting date filter for the period you want the report to include.

Planning Date Filter: Enter a planning date filter for the period you want the report to include.

Click the Lookup button at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filter you have defined for the table.

Job Task

Job Task No.: Specify the numbers of the job tasks to be included in the report.

Options

Amount Field 1-8: Use a combination of the eight Amount fields to create your own analysis. For each field, select one of the following prices, costs, or profit values: Schedule, Usage, Contract, and Invoiced.

Currency: Select whether the currency is specified in Local Currency (LCY) or Foreign Currency (FCY).

Exclude Zero Lines: To exclude lines with zero content from the view, insert a check mark in this field

Click Print to print out the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click Preview. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
