Job Task - Transaction Detail Report

This report prints all postings with entries for a selected job for a selected period, which have been charged to a certain job. At the end of each job list, the amounts are totaled separately for the Sales and Usage entry types.

The following fields are totaled at the end of each job list: Total Usage and Total Sale.

You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton to the right.

Fill in the fields as follows:

Job

No.: Specify the numbers of the jobs to be included in the report. To see the existing job numbers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton to the right.

Job Ledger Entry

Posting Date: Specify the period for which transaction detail is shown.

Click the Lookup button at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filter you have defined for the table.

Options

Currency: Select whether the currency is specified in Local Currency (LCY) or Foreign Currency (FCY)

Click Print to print the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click Preview. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
