Select a reason code that will be inserted on the journal lines.
You can use anything you want for a reason code. Reason codes are used to show where an entry was created.
If a reason code has been entered on the journal template or journal batch, the program will automatically insert it on all the lines created under the template or journal batch. If you want to use a different reason code on a journal line, you can change it on the line.
To see the reason codes in the Reason Code table, click the AssistButton in the field.
