The Customer Price Group Table
Here you can enter a code to identify the price group.
When you choose the Sales button, Prices on the item card, you get the Item Price table. When you enter the price group code in this table, the program will copy the information from the Price Group table to the corresponding fields in the Item Price table. To change the discount conditions to a fixed unit price, you can change the information in the Item Price table.
After you have set up price group codes, you can enter them on customer cards or sales documents such as quotes or invoices. When an item is sold, if the sales document contains a price group code, the program will check to see whether this item has a special price or condition defined for the price group.
You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters. Use codes that are easy to remember and describe which type of customer is represented by the code. For example, you can set up price groups with the codes:
Regular, New
The code must be unique - you cannot have the same code twice in one table. You can set up as many codes as you like. Several customers can belong to the same price group.
