Description Field

The Value Entry Table

This field shows a description of the entry.

The program copies the description from one of the following fields:

• The Description field on a journal line.

• The Description field on a sales line or purchase line.

• The Description field on a BOM journal line.

Note

If the description of the value entry is the same as the description of the item, then the field will be empty.
