Viewing Serial/Lot Numbers from Vendors

If you want to see which serial and/or lot numbers you have received from your different vendors, you can easily do this directly from the vendor card.

To View Serial/Lot Numbers from Vendors:

1. Open the Vendor Card window.

2. Browse to the card for the relevant vendor.

3. Click Purchases, Item Tracking Entries.

4. Set a filter on the Item No. field to see the relevant entries in the Item Tracking Entries window.

Note

You can also use the item tracing feature to track where serial and lot numbers came from and where they were used.
