Entering Inbound Warehouse Handling Time on Inventory Setup

If you want to set up an inbound warehouse handling time to be included in the order promising calculation on the purchase line, you can set this up as a default for the inventory.

To Enter Inbound Warehouse Handling Time on Inventory Setups:

1. Open the Inventory Setup window.

2. On the General tab, in the Inbound Whse. Handling Time field, enter the number of days you want the program to include in the order promising calculation.

Note

If you have filled in the Inbound Whse. Handling Time field on the Location Card for your location, the program will use the contents of this field as the default inbound warehouse handling time.
