The Human Resource Unit of Measure table contains all the units of measures that you use for human resources. The code you choose as the base unit of measure in the Base Unit of Measure field on the Human Resources Setup card must have 1 in the Qty. per Unit of Measure field. All other codes will be multiple or a fraction of the base unit of measure.
You cannot change the base unit of measure after you have setup a human resource.
