Employee Qualification Table

List of Fields in the Table

You can use the Employee Qualification table to register qualifications for each employee. You assign the employee one or more relevant qualification codes from the Qualification table. There are other fields you can fill in to provide more detail about the specific qualification.

This table lets you effectively register and update your employees' qualifications. If you should later require specific qualifications for a certain job, you can see if any of your employees satisfy these conditions by printing the Employee - Qualifications report or by looking at the Qualification Overview window.
