In this field, you can select the type of amounts you wish to copy to the new budget. By clicking the AssistButton in the field, you can select between:

The new budget will be based on actual amounts posted as G/L entries. For example, you can base a new sales budget on the previous period's sales figures. |

The new budget will be based on budgeted amounts from the previous period. If you select this option, you must select a budget in the Budget Name field. |
