The Export Budget to Excel Batch Job
Place a check mark in the field if you want sum formulas to be created in Excel based on the Totaling fields used in the Chart of Accounts window.
Using this function means that if you alter budget figures in Excel, the Excel cells used as totaling fields will be simultaneously updated.
You will get an error message in both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Excel if the account numbers from the Chart of Accounts table contains any of the following symbols: a plus sign (+), a period (.), a dash (-) and a backward slash (/).
