Export Instance - Spec. 2 report request form.
Fill in the fields on both tabs. For help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
Click Print.
Upon completion of the mapping of the G/L Accounts in the Chart of Accounts to the appropriate taxonomy lines, you can export the information in the General Ledger as an XML file also called an instance document.
Most likely exporting a taxonomy document will be a recurring event, and unless changes have been made to the taxonomy, you just export new instance documents for new periods on request.
