Viewing Balances for All G/L Accounts by Periods

You can view balances for all G/L accounts for all periods.

To View Balances for All G/L Accounts by Periods:

1. Open the Chart of Accounts window.

2. In the Chart of Accounts window, click Balance, G/L Balance by Dimension.

In the balance header, you can apply filters by entering codes in the Global Dimension 1 and Global Dimension 2 fields. Furthermore, you can choose to have the calculations include or exclude closing entries by selecting the appropriate option in the Closing Entries field.
