You can use the Maintenance table to set up maintenance codes for the various types of maintenance, repairs and services performed on your fixed assets.
You can then enter the code in the Maintenance Code field on purchase documents or journals.
When you post maintenance transactions for fixed assets and use a maintenance code, the program will automatically use the information represented by the code.
