Recording Service Visits

Every time maintenance has been carried out, you can record it for the relevant fixed asset. This is done in the Maintenance Registrations window.

To Record Service Visits:

  1. Open the Fixed Asset Card window and browse to the fixed asset that you wish to record service visits for.

  2. Click Fixed Asset, Maintenance Registration. The Maintenance Registration window appears.

  3. Fill in the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
