Setting Up Maintenance Codes

When you post maintenance costs (from a general journal or a purchase invoice), you fill in the Maintenance Code field describing what kind of maintenance has been carried out (for example, routine service, repair).

To Set Up Maintenance Codes:

  1. Open the Maintenance window.

  2. Fill in maintenance codes and descriptions. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

  3. Close the window.
