Setting Up Maintenance Information

If you set up the fields for maintenance, you can post maintenance expenses from a journal or a purchase invoice.

To Set Up Maintenance Information:

  1. Open the Fixed Asset Card window.

  2. On the Maintenance tab, fill in the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

  3. Close the window.
