Creating Team To-dos

You can create to-dos for teams that are registered in the system.

This can be done from the team To-do List.

To Create a Team To-do of the Type Blank or Phone Call:

  1. Open the Teams window.

  2. Select the relevant team and click Team, To-dos. The To-do List window appears.

  3. Click Create To-do. The Create To-do wizard appears.

  4. Select the option Blank or Phone Call in the To-do Type field.

  5. Fill in the Description, Date, and Time fields, and then click Next.

  6. Select the Contact No. if there is one for this to-do.

  7. Click Next and fill in the wizard fields if this to-do requires this information.

  8. Click Finish.

To Create a Team To-do of the Type Meeting:

  1. Open the Teams window.

  2. Select the relevant team and click Team, To-dos. The To-do List window appears.

  3. Click Create To-do. The Create To-do wizard appears.

  4. Select the option Meeting in the To-do Type field.

  5. Fill in the Description, Date, and Time fields and click Next.

  6. Select the To-do Organizer.

  7. Click Finish.

Note:

The information from to-do organizer's salesperson card will be used for synchronization with Outlook.
