Applying Mailing Groups to Segments

You can assign a mailing group to a list of contacts sharing the same characteristics. You do this by creating a segment and applying a mailing group to it.

Before you apply mailing groups to segments, you must set up mailing groups.

To Apply Mailing Groups to Segments:

1. Open the Segment window.

2. Find the segment you want to assign a mailing group to.

3. Click Function, Apply Mailing Group. The Apply Mailing Group window appears.

4. Apply filters to select the mailing group that you want to assign to the segment and click OK.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 to assign as many mailing groups as you like to the segment.
