Canceling Campaign Entries

You can cancel campaign entries, for example, if some actions within a campaign have been recorded but not performed.

To Cancel Campaign Entries:

  1. Open the Campaign Card window.

  2. Find the campaign the entry is related to, and click Campaign, Entries. The Campaign Entries window appears.

  3. Select the entry that you want to cancel and click Function, Switch Checkmark in Canceled.

  4. Confirm the subsequent message.

Note

After you have canceled the entry, it is not removed from the Campaign Entries window, but appears marked as canceled. You can delete canceled campaign entries from the Delete Campaign Entries window.
