Exporting Attachments

You can export the attachments contained in your interaction templates to a disk.

To Export Attachments:

1. Open the Interaction Templates window.

2. Find the interaction template containing the attachment that you want to export and click Attachment, Export. The Export Attachment window appears (dialog box).

3. Select the drive, path and the file you want to export the attachment to and click Export.

   The program exports the attachment.
