Deleting Interaction Log Entries

You can delete interaction log entries, for example, if they record an interaction that has not been performed.

Only canceled interactions can be deleted.

To Delete Interaction Log Entries:

  1. Open the Delete Interaction Log Entries window.

  2. On the Interaction Log Entry tab, in the Field field, enter Entry No.

  3. Click the AssistButton to the right of the Filter field to see the canceled interaction log entries.

  4. Select the canceled interaction log entries that you want to delete and click OK.

After you have deleted an interaction log entry, the program automatically removes it from the Interaction Log Entries window.
